I’m Michael Opyd.

Over the last 10+ years, I have dedicated my life to guiding people towards living the life they want through becoming a real estate agent.

With minimal resources available for new agents, I built a top-producing sales business out of the worst economy since the Great Depression. Along the way, I recognized that most people who enter the real estate industry also had minimal resources when they started. So I opened a brokerage designed specifically to help brand-new agents succeed. In under a decade, I grew the brokerage to two offices, close to 70 agents, and annual office sales of $200 million. All with 90% of our agents being brand new when they joined!

As an agent and the owner of a brokerage for almost a decade, I have seen firsthand the impact that being a real estate agent can have on people’s lives. I owe most of what my life has become to my decision in 2009 to jump headfirst into an industry I knew nothing about. I witnessed people who were ready to take control of their lives join my brokerage with no idea what they wanted to do with their lives, and go on to create a life they love.
